Our power lies in alignment, collaboration, and commitment, with each organization directing its distinct capabilities towards collective impact.
To achieve a vision of a thriving region for all businesses and individuals, GCP is focused on five priority pillars:
Promoting an environment, programs, and services that support innovation, growth and success for businesses, with a special focus on small businesses through COSE.
Developing and connecting talent, from post-secondary to post-graduate and professional, to supply a skilled and motivated workforce for employers.
Supporting minority business enterprises and helping companies of all sizes in developing more diverse and inclusive teams and welcoming environments.
Catalyzing private and public resources towards a vibrant city, neighborhoods, and regional amenities that make our region a great place to live, work and play.
Developing, promoting, and supporting public policies and programs at every level of government to stimulate business growth and regional prosperity.
