Initiatives
Scaling Minority Enterprises
GCP is focused on increasing the number, scope and scale of minority-owned businesses. Through the Ohio MBDA Business Center, Mergers, Acquisitions & Partnerships (MAP) Lab, and Emerging Developers Initiatives, businesses can access targeted growth resources and advisors. Customer opportunities are provided through supplier diversity initiatives including CommitCLE and the Construction, Utilities, & Buildings Equity Initiative.
Increasing Leadership and Workforce Diversity
GCP serves as a convener and resource for employers on inclusion. Our workshops and conferences include a CEO Forum and an annual conference engaging leaders to commit to action. GCP also provides an assessment tool to help companies identify their strengths and opportunities for improvement.
