Attendees shared visions for 2023 and beyond
More than 300 local and federal policymakers and business leaders gathered Monday evening for Greater Cleveland Partnership’s All In Leadership Forum at the Madison. The sold-out event began with a “green carpet” walkway and featured panels, a talk from Congresswoman Shontel M. Brown and networking at the historic venue in AsiaTown.

Attendees shared their thoughts on what being “All In” for Greater Cleveland means to them, and their visions for 2023 and beyond.
“Anybody can find a way to go hear from any one of these elected officials, but it is the conversations of consequence that make the All In Leadership Forum unique,” said Marty McGann, General Counsel and Executive Vice President, Advocacy and Strategy at GCP, who was the evening’s emcee. “These are conversations that you can’t hear anywhere else between people who otherwise might not interact.”
The evening began with a panel moderated by Greater Cleveland Partnership CEO Baiju Shah and featuring County Executive-elect Chris Ronayne and Senator Matt Dolan. The focus was on what can be done to bring the “All In” vision to fruition in Northeast Ohio.
Congresswoman Brown followed this with an update from Washington, D.C., highlighting the Chips and Science Act’s potential impact on Ohio. We are in a “new era of bipartisan efforts to spur job creation, manufacturing, and innovation” that can transform cities like Cleveland, she said.
The evening’s final panel, moderated by GCP’s McGann, featured Cleveland Council President Blaine A. Griffin and State Senator Jerry C. Cirino.
Griffin summed up the positive sentiments shared throughout the evening, noting:
“We are in a time when it is possible to change the narrative.”
