Haim and Amanda Mayan fell in love with Cleveland and convinced 25 family members to follow.

The Mayans moved their business from Miami to Cleveland, beginning in 2014. Their family followed. And not just a few family members. The Haims have had more than two-dozen family members follow them here, from the South, Pacific Northwest and Israel.  But they didn’t do the convincing. Cleveland did.

Cleveland’s international flavor, affordable real estate and vibrant lifestyle – not to mention lack of traffic - surprised the Mayans, who believe Cleveland offers a unique mix of opportunity and livability.
