Greater Cleveland Partnership’s 14th annual Inclusion Conference Aug. 16-17 taught Greater Cleveland and surrounding area employers how to effectively capitalize on diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
GCP reports on the status of diversity and inclusion efforts in the region’s business community through data gathered from its Equity and Inclusion Organization Assessment. All GCP member companies and organizations are invited to take the assessment, which asks for employee demographics by race and gender, supplier diversity efforts and organizational best practices around diversity and inclusion. All data submitted through the assessment is confidential. Any demographic or best practice data reported to the community at large is aggregated from the collective results of all participants.
