Weatherhead School of Management’s Leadership Institute for Women in STEM and Manufacturing—named one of INSIGHT Into Diversity’s 2022 Inspiring Programs in STEM—gives women the tools to propel their careers forward and remain competitive, especially in male-dominated industries. This program provides the opportunity to meet, network and build lasting relationships with a supportive and diverse group of women from different professional backgrounds and personal experiences. Participants benefit from a cohort experience learning from world class faculty and one on one coaching to strengthen critical leadership skills.
