The focus of our discussion will be on how work-from-home is impacting employers and the broader community. COVID accelerated changes in how and where people work. Estimates indicate roughly 45% of employees are now working partly or fully remote. Expiration of changes to temporary Ohio law are impacting employers’ responsibilities. Cities are beginning to see changes in their revenues and analyzing future impacts.
